Reservations booked BY PHONE are confirmed by receipt of a
deposit of two-nights per room. Reservations booked ONLINE are
confirmed by receipt of a deposit of 50% of the reservation
total.
Deposits are 100%
refundable if cancelled more than 45 days in advance [90 days
for group reservations]. A cancellation fee of 2 nights room
fee applies for cancels within said 45 day [or 90 day for
group reservations] period. We will generally allow a 100%
credit for deposits on cancelled reservations rebooked with 12
months. Refunds for emergency cancellations shall be
considered on an individual basis.
