Commercial Airlines:
There are direct flights
by regional and national carriers to Los Cabos International
Airport from the following west coast cities - San Diego,
Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Jose, Phoenix, Tucson, Denver,
Portland, Houston, Dallas, Seattle, and Vancouver, B.C. Regularly
scheduled charter flights also fly from Las Vegas, Montreal
and Toronto. Our office is capable of arranging your air travel,
or you may also book through your travel agent or tour operator.
Please check for prices, as fares and schedules vary substantially
depending on the airline, time of year, and often even the
day of the week.

Ground Transfers:
The
easiest way to get from the Los Cabos airport to Rancho Leonero
is to prearrange a ground transfer through our office. TT
Tours Cabo offers a fleet of new air-conditioned vans available
to shuttle our guests from the airport to Rancho Leonero and
back. The cost each way varies from about $70 for 1 person
to $15 per person for 8 people (La Paz slightly higher). Make
reservations through our USA office in advance of your trip.
Please note - the
ground transfer fleet is operated separately, please
have cash or travelers checks available for payment directly
to your driver.
Shuttle taxis at the airport are also available. The cost
is generally about $100 to Leonero, Be prepared to bargain
for a better deal. Rental cars are also available, with prices
ranging from about $40 - $200 per day (more for vans or 4WD
vehicles).

Traveling by car:
Mexico Highway 1 from Tijuana to Cabo
San Lucas is over a thousand miles of mostly 2 lane blacktop
road, "designed for economic growth, not for high speed
driving". For the adventurous, this narrow ribbon offers
some unparalleled panoramic vistas and an opportunity to experience
the Baja close-up. As road conditions are subject to change
unexpectedly, we suggest you check with your travel agent
or travel club, such as

Baja Travel Club, for the latest on traveling on Highway
1. Remember, a validated Mexican tourist card is required
for travel below Ensenada. Also, do not travel by car into
Mexico without having purchased Mexican auto insurance.

The turnoff for Rancho Leonero is at
km103 of the La Paz to Cabo San Lucas segment of Mexico Highway
1, just south of Buena Vista. Watch for our sign.

NOTICE -
A
REGULATION ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY REQUIRES
THAT EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 31, 2006, ALL U.S. NATIONALS ENTERING
THE COUNTRY FROM MEXICO BY AIR OR BY SEAPORT MUST HAVE A VALID
U.S. PASSPORT.
Check with our office or your travel
agent for documentation requirements for entering Mexico.
A valid passport is required (for USA citizens an original
birth certificate with a photo ID issued by a governmental
agency - i.e. drivers license, is acceptable in lieu of a
passport -
effective 12/31/2006 a passport will
be required). A
special note for minors traveling with only one parent - most
airlines are requiring a notarized travel permission document
from the other parent/guardian before allowing the child to
board - check with your carrier for their requirements.
